We just updated both of our iPhone and iPad apps. The UI was updated, we improved the performance and also fixed some bugs. You can check them on iTunes.

Now you can automatically self-assign the tickets you create – this option is available via “options” on the top (turned off by default).

We just released smartQ app for iPad! It takes advantage of the iPad screen size – you can easily navigate your tickets, move them with drag-and-drop, add notes and upload files! Download it from Apple App Store (iTunes).

Now you can rearrange tickets in Board View by deadline (“Required by” field) with a single click – the link is located in the bottom left of the interface.

We improved the way smartQ fits and works on iPad. Also, we added the support for drag-and-drop.
