We’ve published a new Zapier template for smartQ that helps you automate recurring work—without writing any code.
Set it to run on a schedule (weekly by default, but you can switch it to daily, monthly, or a custom interval) and Zapier will automatically create a smartQ ticket so nothing gets missed.
Bonus: the same template can also add a task and a note inside the ticket each time it runs—perfect for recurring checklists, reminders, and recurring process updates.
